Monthly GiveAway Terms & Conditions :

ENTRY :

- for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to RIZALIFE LTD, whose Instagram handle is @teamkenbroth and Facebook handle is @kenbroth (full contact details and address at the bottom of this page)

- entry to the giveaway is made by submitting the online entry form found at :

www.kenbroth.com/monthly-giveaway, where you can enter the giveaway by submitting your first name, last name, eMail address and at least one contact telephone number

- this giveaway is open to legal residents of Kenya who are at least 18 years old and follow the instructions listed in the giveaway landing page, widget, blog post, and/or applicable social media post

- only one entry per person (per eMail address) . . . be sure to provide your best contacts as this is what we will use to contact you if you are a winner !

- by entering this giveaway you consent for RIZALIFE LTD to contact you by telephone and/or eMail to notify you if you have won

- by entering the giveaway you also consent to being contacted in the timely future, by eMail and/or SMS, about any other similar giveaways, promotions, sales or updates regarding our products and services

- this competition is FREE to enter and no purchase is required to enter or win

- closing date for entries is midnight 31st JULY 2024

- any entries added after that will automatically be forwarded to the following months entries (AUGUST)

- employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate

- unless announced otherwise, this will be a regular monthly giveaway, you will need to enter during each calendar month for a chance to win

- the Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries, and takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid

- by participating in and/or accepting the giveaway prize, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these T&C’s and abide by the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of RIZALIFE LTD as final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway

PRIZE :

- the "Prize" refers to one (1) box of 30x 10g travel sachets of KenBroth Collagen Peptides (value KES 3,900/-)

- prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability, where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right, without giving notice, to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value

- the prize will include free delivery to the winner, please refer to the DELIVERY section for T&C’s of delivery

WINNER :

- One (1) Winner will be selected at random (using a random computer software programme) by The Promoter once the giveaway end date has been reached. The Winner will be notified on or after this date.

- reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize Winner for 5 days after the competition closes, but if a Winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time, (or to provide an address for delivery or to collect the prize, or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements, or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions), we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until another Winner is found

- the Winner agrees for their name and social media username to be posted on the social media profiles, and other press materials, of The Promotor after the winner has been selected

- by entering the competition you expressly consent to the use of your personal data in this way if you win

- we will request for you to take a suitable photo once you receive your Prize, either a “KenBroth Selfie” or an interesting photo using or holding the Prize

- a few words or a paragraph to accompany the photo should also be provided, maybe stating what it means to win the prize, the benefits the Winner is hoping to experience by using it etc

- it should be posted in the Winners social media pages, tagging @kenbroth in Facebook, or @teamkenbroth in Instagram and the Promoter will also share the same

- in the event that it cannot be posted, the Winner should send the photo and comments to the Promoter who will then post it directly in their pages, tagging the Winner accordingly

- the above requirement is an essential part of the giveaway terms and conditions, so that we can publicly announce the winner of the promotion to create more awareness and hence attract others to join the future promotions

- if you are a Winner, you can opt out at the time you are notified by replying to or sending a message 

DELIVERY :

- the winning item includes free delivery within the territory of Kenya

- we reserve the right to use any courier/rider of our choice. Our team will arrange the delivery after contact has been made

- deliveries outside of Nairobi will be fulfilled by G4S overnight services (or similar) to their nearest collection station

- if the location is not within the normal G4S delivery zone network (eg North-Eastern, Garsen, Marsabit, Lodwar etc) extra charges may be incurred, our team can discuss this with you if the situation arrises

PRIVACY :

- we will never share, sell, rent, lease or or otherwise transfer your personal information, or our subscription lists, to any unaffiliated third party, individual, government agency, or company at any time unless strictly compelled to do so by law

- we will not use your personal information to spam or harass you in any way

- we may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights

- we will maintain your information in accordance with applicable federal law

- any other personal details collected directly, or indirectly, or as part of the competition, will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy

- RIZALIFE LTD is committed to play it’s part in contributing to a transparent, and accountable data processing ecosystem which encourages the upholding and safeguarding of privacy rights of persons in Kenya

GENERAL :

- this giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform

- this is a promoted marketing campaign via a giveaway to promote the KenBroth Collagen brand and RIZALIFE products and services in Kenya

- the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received

- in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice

- the KenBroth® name, brand and logo are registered TradeMark’s (TM No 106065) belonging to RIZALIFE LTD
